Sound Familiar?

You’ve had a long day…a long week…a long month…a long year.

You need to unwind, destress, chill out.

  • Yoga? Too regimented, and besides you’re not that flexible.

  • Meditation? Puh-leaze! Quieting your mind while sitting still and focusing on your breathing is not happening.

  • Mindful walking or journaling? Sounds great until you realize you can’t figure out what to be mindful about or how to make yourself focus on it.

There’s another way!

I’ve been through that cycle, been stuck in that place, more times than I can count. And I kept thinking it was my fault, my failure. That I couldn’t settle my nervous system long enough or sufficiently enough to get the reset I so desperately needed.

Here’s the thing:

The more amped up and stressed out you are over time, the harder it is to bring yourself back to your calm center. That’s not broken. That’s human wiring.

Of course yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and similar practices aren’t working. You try to settle and your entire system is still on alert telling you “it’s not safe to relax!” You’re trying to override programming that’s been hardwired into humans for generations. It’s helped us survive - and that’s what it’s still for. It just gets tipped out of balance by the noise, demands, and expectations of everyday life in modern society.

The real, lasting solution is to work WITH your wiring to reset your entire system. To do that, you need a map AND tools.

Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, etc: they’re great tools. That you’ve been using without a map to help you figure out which ones are best for your needs right now - today - at this point in your journey.

This walk changes that so you can truly reset!

About Your Guide

Sarah Woodard - spiritual growth guide of Wisdom Grove - ready to lead spiritual Nature walk in Warrenville, IL

Sarah Woodard

I have done something unprecedented in spiritual scholarship: I’ve mapped over 40 global spiritual traditions to the Kabbalah Tree of Life. What I discovered is a universal truth: while our cultural languages differ, we are all describing the same Unity principles. I don't teach the Tree of Life as a rigid, dusty structure, rather as a living navigation process.

My Philosophy:

  • You are the structure: The map exists to help you navigate your unique journey, not to tell you where to go.

  • Nature is the original scripture: Before temples or texts, there was Nature. It remains our most honest teacher.

  • No Gatekeepers: I help the spiritually homeless find their way back to the Divine on their own terms - without the guilt, dogma, or inclusion varnishing.

I’m a Kabbalist, Certified Shamanic Practitioner, and Nature photographer. I’ve spent my life creating proprietary Tree of Life frameworks and readings designed to help you find your way home.

During this 1-hour walk, you’ll:

  • Be introduced to the map and how to use it

  • Feel the stress start to leave your body

  • Get grounded through connection with Nature
