Hi, I’m Sarah (she/her), and I’m so happy you’re here!
I help spiritually curious people notice the hidden patterns connecting Nature, the Tree of Life, and their own lives so that transformation becomes a path toward Belonging, purpose, and greater Unity.
My Approach
Nature is our first teacher.
The Tree of Life is our map.
Wisdom Grove is where we remember together.
My job isn’t to show you anything new. It’s to help you remember and reconnect with the wisdom you were born knowing.
How I Got Here
My parents tell a story about how when I was first born, my eyes were wide and intense, like I was taking in the whole world.
I don't remember this, of course, but I suspect they were right.
From my earliest memories, I had an overwhelming feeling that we, as humans, "missed a memo." There was more to life - more to existence itself - than we were being taught to notice.
That feeling drove everything:
→ As a child sitting inside a bush in the yard and feeling merged with something More
→ Watching bees in clover and wondering what they knew that I didn't.
→ As I grew older, I explored many spiritual traditions and practices, always following that same quiet feeling that there had to be a deeper connection beneath them all.
Something was missing.
I could feel it.
And I couldn't name it..
Enter Kabbalah!
When I encountered Kabbalah, something finally clicked.
Not because it gave me new answers.
Because it connected answers I'd been collecting my whole life.
For the first time, I could see how seemingly separate traditions, symbols, and experiences belonged to a much larger living pattern.
When paths converge, there is truth.
That realization changed everything.
I no longer saw the Tree of Life as a rigid spiritual ladder.
I began experiencing it as a living map that helps us navigate the patterns Nature has been quietly showing us all along.

After years of study, countless hours in Nature, and more wrong turns than I can count, I help fellow travelers...
