Readings: Returns and exchanges are not accepted as readings are customized per person/order. Refunds are not issued once the order is fulfilled. Cancelations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Online Course: Immediate access to all modules is granted upon payment, thus no refunds are issued and payment plans will be billed in their entirety.

Print on Demand (POD) Items: Are subject to Gelato’s Return Policy and Quality Guarantee.
