The Practice of Noticing

A seven-day journey into Nature, belonging, and the Tree of Life - through the practice of paying attention.

As you explore Nature and navigate your life, you may eventually reach a place where you need a little more orientation.

Maybe you want to slow down, pay attention to Nature more deeply, or find a different way to feel connected to the world around you.

Not a full GPS.

Not someone telling you exactly where to go.

Just a signpost.

A little information that helps you see where you are and consider what might come next.

You start asking:

How can I connect more deeply?

What am I noticing, and what might it be telling me?

How does what I experience in the world connect to what's happening within me?

The Practice of Noticing was created for this part of the journey.

A seven-day guided experience to help you practice noticing more deeply, turn that practice inward, and begin connecting what you discover to the Tree of Life.

Nature is our first teacher, the Tree of Life is our map.

This journey begins with something you already know how to do: look around.

Through Nature photography, mindful noticing, paying attention to the natural world, and guided self-reflection, you'll begin to experience the natural world differently and explore what it reveals about your own inner landscape.

Then you'll turn that same attention inward.

You'll explore patterns, connections, movement, and the places where your inner and outer worlds meet.

And along the way, you'll begin to see how the Tree of Life can give you another language for understanding what you're experiencing.

The Tree isn't here to tell you what's wrong with you.

It's a map—a way of asking better questions about where you are and what might help you move toward greater balance.

If you find yourself wanting to understand the map more deeply, Sacred Navigation is the next trail.

🌱 Seven Days. One Practice. A Different Way of Seeing.

Each day builds on the one before it:

Notice → Connect → Move → Turn Inward → Recognize → Navigate → Continue

You'll begin by looking a little longer -  paying attention to what is actually around you instead of moving past it..

Then you'll notice the connections beneath the surface, explore the movement that's already happening, and turn that same curiosity toward yourself.

You'll begin recognizing patterns as information rather than problems to solve.

And you'll get your first taste of using the Tree of Life as a map for navigating what you discover.

By the end, the practice isn't something you leave behind when the seven days are over.

It's something you can carry with you.

What is the Practice of Noticing?

It's a practice of slowing down, paying attention to Nature on purpose, noticing what changes when you stay with something longer, and turning that attention inward to help you see your own patterns.

This practice helps you become more attuned to what’s aligned for you - and how to move towards it.
