Hi, I’m Sarah

(she/her), and I’m so happy you’re here!

I'm passionate about spiritual growth and connecting with the Divine in daily life.

I’m here to help you have a personal relationship with Spirit by doing your inner work to heal. I’m excited to help you learn to use the Tree of Life to find the peace, joy, and support you seek.

As a Kabbalist, Certified Shamanic Practitioner, card reader, and Reiki Master Teacher, I've learned that when we feel most abandoned by G-d is when G-d is most reaching for us.

How My Journey Began

My parents tell a story about how when I was first born, my eyes were wide and intense, like I was taking in the whole world.

I, of course, don’t remember this, but I suspect they were right.

From the moment I can remember, I had an overwhelming feeling that we, as humans, “missed a memo.” That there was more to life - more to existence and how the Universe works - than we were being told.

That feeling subconsciously drove many of my interests, activities, and pursuits long before I was able to put words to it.

Starting in grade school and learning about Native American spiritual beliefs, shamans, and spirit guides - and desperately wanting to meet my spirit guide.

All through Hebrew School, my Bat Mitzvah, my experiences with prayer, the Western Wall in Israel, and well into my adult life, this feeling of “there’s more than this” persisted.

I tried many different paths to connect with Spirit in meaningful ways, but I felt the answers I was so desperately seeking were just beyond my grasp. It was like there was a connection missing. I could sense it should be there, but I couldn’t find it.

Enter Kabbalah!

This is often thought of as the “mystical side of Judaism.”

For me, it was where I found all the answers about faith, G-d, and the mysteries of the Universe I’d been looking for my entire life!

I felt like I’d put on the crystal skull from Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull (without the ensuing mayhem).

Kabbalah is multi-layered and complex - too complex for any of us truly fully grasp in a life time. Many of those side roads I’d explored in my youth - tarot, shamanism, numerology, sacred geometry etc., either have roots in or seamlessly connect into Kabbalah. When paths converge, there is truth.

I jumped in with both feet!

As with pretty much everything in Judaism, there are many ways to interpret and work with Kabbalah, its books, teachings, and tools. Which is good since different ways resonate for different people.

For me, what makes sense is the Tree of Life and the connection to the cycles of the year - Nature’s seasons.

Today, after lots of study (though I’m always learning), lots of sitting with Spirit, and lots of taking what I thought were the right path that turned out to lead back to this one, I’m thrilled to help other spiritual seekers restore their Divine Connection through the light and wisdom of Kabbalah.

Beyond The Grove

When I’m not actively helping other seekers or increasing my knowledge, I love exploring the 500+ miles of trails in DuPage County, thinking deep thoughts over a cup of tea, looking for the best vegan ice cream, and hanging out with my cats.

The photo of the flower is one I took. Macro photography is a new hobby. I love how it helps me feel awe for the small details and uniqueness of All Life.
