About Sarah

Spiritual Guide, Kabbalist, and Bridge Between Worlds

Hi, I’m Sarah (she/her), and I’m so happy you’re here!

I help spiritually hungry seekers reconnect with the Divine—without the dogma, guilt, or doctrine that pushed them away in the first place. I've spent years mapping over 40 spiritual traditions to the Kabbalah Tree of Life and discovered something revolutionary: they're all pointing at the same universal process. My Approach

As a Kabbalist, Certified Shamanic Practitioner, intuitive card reader, and Reiki Master Teacher, I've spent decades discovering what I now know for certain:

When we feel most abandoned by G-d is when G-d is most reaching for us.

The Divine isn't punishing you with silence. You're not broken. You haven't failed at faith.

You just need a different map - one that honors YOUR unique spiritual path while connecting you to ancient wisdom that actually works.

That's where the Tree of Life comes in.

How I Got Here

My parents tell a story about how when I was first born, my eyes were wide and intense, like I was taking in the whole world.

I don't remember this, of course, but I suspect they were right.

From my earliest memories, I had an overwhelming feeling that we, as humans, "missed a memo." That there was more to life - more to existence and how the Universe works - than we were being told.

That feeling drove everything:

→ Starting in grade school, learning about Native American spiritual beliefs, shamans, and spirit guides and desperately wanting to meet my spirit guide

→ All through Hebrew School, my Bat Mitzvah, my experiences with prayer, the Western Wall in Israel, and well into my adult life, this feeling of "there's more than this" persisted

→ I tried many different paths to connect with Spirit in meaningful ways, but the answers I desperately sought felt just beyond my grasp

It was like there was a connection missing. I could sense it should be there, but I couldn't find it.

Enter Kabbalah!

This is often thought of as the "mystical side of Judaism."

For me, it was where I found ALL the answers about faith, G-d, and the mysteries of the Universe I'd been seeking my entire life.

I felt like I'd put on the crystal skull from Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull (without the ensuing mayhem).

Kabbalah is multi-layered and complex - too complex for any of us to fully grasp in a lifetime. Many of those side roads I'd explored in my youth - tarot, shamanism, numerology, sacred geometry - either have roots in or seamlessly connect into Kabbalah.

When paths converge, there is truth.

I jumped in with both feet.

As with everything in Judaism, there are many ways to interpret and work with Kabbalah, its books, teachings, and tools. Different ways resonate for different people.

For me, what makes sense is the Tree of Life and the connection to the cycles of the year—Nature's seasons.

Here's where my work diverges from traditional Kabbalah teaching:

Most Kabbalists present the Tree as a rigid structure with prescribed paths everyone must follow. "Do this, then this, then this."

That never felt right to me.

Through years of comparative study—examining Christianity, Buddhism, Taoism, Yoruba spirituality, Norse mythology, Sufism, and 36+ other traditions - I discovered something unprecedented:

The Tree of Life is a universal PROCESS, not a religious structure.

It shows up EVERYWHERE:

  • Christianity's Trinity and stages of faith

  • Buddhism's Eightfold Path

  • Islam's mystical states

  • Pagan Wheel of the Year

  • And so many more

They're all teaching the same journey. They just use different language.

This changed everything.

It meant I could teach the Tree as what it actually is: a living map YOU navigate uniquely—not a prescribed path you follow obediently.

YOU are the structure. The Tree is your guide. Nature is your teacher. Learn more about this framework →

Today

After years of study (though I'm always learning), sitting with Spirit, and taking what I thought were the right paths that turned out to lead back to this one, I guide spiritual seekers like you to restore their Divine Connection through the light and wisdom of Kabbalah.

My specialty? Helping you:

✨ Understand where you're stuck and why

✨ Reconnect with the Divine on YOUR terms, not someone else's

✨ Use the Tree of Life as a practical roadmap for spiritual growth

✨ Honor all spiritual traditions while finding YOUR unique path

✨ Partner with G-d to create a life you'll love

What makes my approach different:

I teach 11 Sephirot, not 10 - Including Da'at (the hidden Sephirah that represents your soul purpose) which most teachers leave out

I've mapped 40+ traditions - So you can see how YOUR spiritual background (Christian, Buddhist, Pagan, Jewish, Muslim, or anything else) connects to this universal framework

I teach the Tree as a PROCESS - Not a rigid structure, but a living map you navigate in your own unique way

Nature is our first teacher - The Tree of Life isn't just mystical theory—it's reflected in the seasons, the cycles, the patterns of the natural world around us

I've developed unique methodologies you won't find anywhere else:

🌲 Tree of Life Card Reading Spread - Using 11 cards (one for each Sephirah, including Da'at) to show you exactly where you are on your spiritual journey and what's blocking or supporting you

🌲 Tree of Life Astrology - Mapping your birth chart to the Sephirot to reveal your soul's purpose (Da'at) and how you uniquely navigate the Tree

🌲 Comparative Mysticism Framework - My 179-page manuscript (soon to be published book! 🙏🤞) mapping 40+ spiritual traditions to the Tree of Life - showing the universal patterns that connect Christianity, Buddhism, Taoism, Paganism, and dozens more

These aren't borrowed techniques. This is original scholarship - years of synthesis, study, and spiritual practice distilled into practical tools for modern seekers.

My Mission

I want you to know that there is no one right way to have faith, connect with the Divine, or pray.

ALL spiritual and religious traditions are praying to the same Being - and therefore all are valid.

Through years of mapping spiritual traditions to the Tree of Life, I've proven this isn't just a nice idea—it's documented reality. Christianity's stages of faith, Buddhism's Eightfold Path, Paganism's Wheel of the Year, Islam's mystical states—they're all describing the same universal journey.

You don't have to abandon your roots to find a path that works. You just need to understand the patterns underneath.

The Divine isn't only some distant Higher Power. The Divine is within all of us and All Life (Nature, pets, everything) - which means we have a responsibility to live in harmony and compassion.

I'm here to show you that faith can be alive, uplifting, and renewing - without asking you to check your brain or your authentic self at the door.

Ready to Begin?

Whether you're seeking clarity through a card reading, discovering your soul's mission through astrology, or joining one of our moon gatherings, I'm honored to walk this path with you.
