A Walk of Seeing
A contemplative stroll in the woods
Sometimes the forest reminds us of things we've forgotten.
Not because it gives us answers.
Because it helps us ask different questions.
Perhaps you've found yourself wondering...
Why am I here?
How does my life belong to something larger?
What is Nature trying to teach me?
How do I live spiritually instead of merely thinking spiritually?
Perhaps you've explored different ways of making sense of your life. And yet something still feels incomplete.
You may be longing for...
a spirituality that becomes lived instead of merely discussed.
a relationship with Nature that is reciprocal rather than symbolic.
practices that integrate rather than accumulate.
a place where curiosity is welcomed more than certainty.
You’re Not Alone
I know what it feels like to keep searching.
For a long time, I thought the answers lived somewhere outside of me.
It wasn't until I began paying attention to the wisdom already woven through the living world that something quietly shifted.
Come Walk with Me
Date: TBD | Time | Location
Join Sarah Woodard for a guided walk through Nature where we’ll explore how we see the living world and our place within it.
This is not a hiking tour or lecture. It is an experiential practice in noticing patterns in Nature and reflecting on how those same patterns appear in our own lives.
We walk slowly. We observe. We reflect. We return to presence.
You may leave noticing the world - and yourself - a little differently.
🌿
Before you decide...
Pause for a moment.
Notice something living near you.
A tree.
A bird.
A houseplant.
Even a weed growing through the sidewalk.
Stay with it a little longer than you normally would.
Then quietly ask yourself: What changed when I stopped rushing?
If something quietly shifted, this walk may be for you.
About Your Guide
Hi, I'm Sarah.
I've spent years exploring Nature trails - currently in DuPage County - and even longer exploring the quiet patterns that connect Nature, spirituality, and everyday life.
Today, I guide contemplative Nature walks and create experiences that help fellow travelers slow down, notice differently, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
My role isn't to give you answers. It's to walk beside you until you begin noticing what has always been there.
I'd love to share a trail with you.
