The Tree of Life isn't another personality assessment or typing system.
It's a navigation map.

It's not Tree of Life vs. Human Design. It's Tree of Life (the map) + Human Design (one of your navigation tools).

Human Design is like understanding the vehicle you’re driving and how it interacts with the terrain.
You need BOTH.
Let's say you're a Generator trying to build a business:
Human Design tells you:
Don't force or initiate (that's not how your engine works)
Wait to respond to opportunities (your strategy)
Work on things that light you up (your sacral yes)
Trust your gut response (your authority)
Your voice (or whatever) is your super power (use it to bring things to life)
Tree of Life Astrology shows you:
You naturally get stuck in Yesod, check here first if things seem like they’re not flowing into reality no matter what you do
You’re naturally strong in Netzach, use your staying power and ability to figure things out to find your path from Yesod to Malkhut.
You are definitely living your soul mission (phew! That’s not the problem.)
Other sephirot indicate you’re also strong in Divine Connection and weaker in self-love. Work with those, too.
